I’ve not received validation e-mail?

Please check your e-mail junk folder. As we are just starting out and our e-mail addresses are newly setup e-mail providers sometimes send our validation and notification e-mails to the junk folder. If possible we would appreciate if you’d move are e-mail to your inbox and add our e-mail address to your contacts admin@truzla.com this would help us a lot.

Validation link in the e-mail sent not working?

If the link is not displayed as a link (blue) in the e-mail you receive from us you can copy and paste the link text in your browser and hit enter. This will validate your email and you will then be able to log in with the username and password you provided during registration.

Can’t log into my account?

Please make sure you are using the username and password you provided during registration not your e-mail address. If you are still having problems please e-mail us at support@truzla.com and we’ll do our best to help you.
